Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement only (no refunds) in the following cases:

Replacement Process
Once your request is approved, we will proceed with one of the following options:
Option A: Return & Replacement

You may be asked to send the product in original packaging with all accessories

The return address will be shared after approval

Once received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped within 5 working days
Option B: Pickup & Replacement

We will arrange a courier pickup from your address

Please keep the product properly packed

Replacement will be delivered within 10–14 working days
