Return & Replacement Policy (COD Orders)

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only (no refunds) in the following cases:

  • Product is incorrect

  • Product is damaged or broken

  • Product is defective or faulty

✅ If your item meets any of the above conditions, you are eligible for a replacement.


Timeframe

  • You can report an issue within 14 days of delivery

  • Free replacement is available if requested within 7 days

  • Requests after 7 days may include additional charges


How to Request a Replacement

  • Order number

  • Clear video or images of the issue

⚠️ In some cases, our support team may guide you to fix the issue without replacement.


Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will proceed with one of the following options:

Option A: Return & Replacement

  • You may be asked to send the product in original packaging with all accessories

  • The return address will be shared after approval

  • Once received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped within 5 working days


Option B: Pickup & Replacement

  • We will arrange a courier pickup from your address

  • Please keep the product properly packed

  • Replacement will be delivered within 10–14 working days


Important Conditions

  • ❌ We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • ❌ Product must be unused and in original condition

  • ❌ Requests without video/image proof may not be accepted


Refund Policy

We only provide replacements for eligible issues.
